What We Offer

Hire us to serve champagne, sparkling wine spritzers, prosecco, and speciality custom bubbly beverages at your never event! Our cart also makes for a beautiful photo-op. DETAILS MATTER.

Because Flute is a new business and we want to be as flexible as possible with our clients, we have no established packages at this point in time. We charge a flat rate of $200 p/hour at a 3 hour minimum. We encourage you to get in touch with us about customizing your very own package and can guide you through any additional costs. 

When you hire Flute we will include plasticware such as flutes and coupes. We also include ice and any other bar accessories needed for serving and creating cocktails. We do not charge a mileage fee until after 20 miles of travel. Should you wish to upgrade to speciality cocktails, glassware, or custom napkins, signage, or floral arrangements, there are additional charges. The cart will come with two certified and licensed bartenders and champagne enthusiasts Megan and Sarah.

Frequently Asked Question no.1

Do you provide champagne and/or the alcohol?

We are not able to purchase, transport or provide champagne or other wines for your event. You are responsible for purchasing and providing any alcohol per California law.  We are a BYO Bar Cart, you are responsible for providing the alcohol, per state laws. We can pour your custom cocktails, drinks, etc. however we cannot purchase it for you. We would be more than happy to help you select cost effective champagne and provide insight on our knowledge of sparkling wines.

Can the cart be used to serve other things besides champagne?

We love being creative with our carts!  Aside from the obvious use as a bubbly bar—serving champagne, no doubt—we can also transform our cart into a prosecco cart, bellini cart or mimosa cart!  We can customize the bubbly bar to your style! Contact us with your very own ideas and share them with us!

How long does it take to setup and take down?

As we are a mobile cart, we can set up and take down on-location quickly. We request access to an event site 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. The setup and takedown costs just $50 in our packages.

Can I just rent the cart by itself? 

While we encourage an attendant with our cart, we do rent our cart out by itself for a flat fee of $400 for the day. It includes set up and breakdown, and our travel fee if it is within 30 miles.
